The brand chef created 32 versions of the bun (and a million versions of sauces) until we came up with our unique brioche bun. It is ideal for juicy shrimp and grilled cutlets, and does not turn into wet paper from signature chutney and salsa. Light and dense, this brioche bun with a delicious filling will retain its shape and flavor upon delivery without leaving your stomach feeling heavy.
As a result, the shrimp burger – Shrimpburger – has already become a household name.
The first “Shrimps and Burgers” opened on Khokhryakova in 2017, only one restaurant operated for four years, and in 2021 the format was developed. Now the brand’s establishments operate in Greenwich, in Clever Park, on Malysheva, 74 in the building of the Central Hotel, and in the Academic District.
