Shen is a decision checklist for the choices that actually matter. Before you
accept the offer, sign the lease, spend the money or say yes to something you
cannot easily undo, Shen walks you through five short questions and turns your
answers into a single score out of 100 — so you can see whether a decision is
genuinely well founded or only feels that way.

You start by writing down what you are thinking of doing, in one line. Suggestion
chips help you sharpen a vague thought into a specific one: they offer action
words when the field is empty, concrete objects once you have started, and
timing and budget qualifiers once the sentence has nearly formed. You then pick
an optional category — money, work, people or risk — and answer five questions
about outcome, drawbacks, cost, fallback plan and emotional pressure. Each
question is revealed one at a time so you consider it on its own rather than
skimming a form. Shen weighs the answers, applies the category, and shows you a
score, a colour-coded zone and a plain verdict: strong foundation, has risks, or

WHY SHEN
