The apocalypse world is full of dangerous creatures and abandoned buildings. If you wander long in abandoned places, then you will be able to find there weapons with ammunition. If you are lucky, then a first aid kit that will restore your health. To survive, you must search for weapons. You can meet such weapons as a pistol, a revolver, a shotgun, an ak-47 assault rifle or even a crossbow!
