3. Create & update Tasks, change priority, status, categorisation, estimation, change assignments, delegation and resolution of tasks.
4. Change Lifecycle Status, Input parameters, Custom Fields for each type of asset.
5. Chat offline (reply and view conversations), add comments, upload and download attachments and KB articles.
6. View basic Dashboard and filters.
