About Nicole Facturas

Nicole Facturas is a simple tool for managing invoicing for freelancers or small businesses from your mobile phone, tablet, or computer. No accounts, no subscriptions, and no internet connection required.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Clients and Suppliers
Save their complete tax information: name, tax ID number, address, email, phone number, and payment terms. Contacts are archived instead of deleted, so invoices that already reference them are never left without their information.

• Invoices with Multiple VAT Rates
Add as many lines as you need, each with its quantity, price, discount, and VAT rate. A single invoice can combine 21%, 10%, 4%, and exempt. The breakdown is grouped by rate, as it should appear on a Spanish invoice.

• Income Tax Withholding (IRPF)
Apply it when applicable, calculated on the taxable amount. You can set a default percentage in the settings so that new invoices automatically use it.

• True Sequential Numbering
The number is assigned upon issuance, never when creating the draft, so drafts don't consume any numbering. Each series has its own counter per fiscal year.

• Immutable Issued Invoices
Once issued, an invoice cannot be modified or deleted: only canceled, while retaining its number. This is required by regulations and also prevents discrepancies.

• Numbering Check
A button checks your series and alerts you if there are gaps, if it doesn't start with 1, or if the counter doesn't match the last issued invoice.

• Billing Series
Create the series you need by code and fiscal year.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS

Everything is stored in a local database on your device. The application has no servers, makes no network connection, and requests no system permissions. There is no logging, no analytics, no advertising, and no one on the other end.

As an honest trade-off: there is no cloud backup. If you uninstall the app or lose your device, your data will be lost with it. Back up your data.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO, SO YOU AREN'T SURPRISED

• It doesn't submit anything to the Tax Agency or generate tax returns.

• It doesn't implement mandatory electronic invoicing (Verifactu, Facturae).

• It doesn't sync between devices: what's on your phone won't appear on your computer.

• It doesn't yet record expenses or payments, generate PDF invoices, or calculate quarterly VAT summaries. These features are planned for future versions.

• It's not tax advice. The calculations are purely arithmetic; which tax type or regime to apply is up to you or your tax advisor.

DESIGNED FOR USE

Amounts are displayed with aligned figures so columns can be easily seen at a glance. Large buttons and payment statuses are indicated with text and a symbol in addition to color, so they're still useful even if you don't easily distinguish colors.
