Management, Overview and Approval
Managers using iTrack can receive notifications and email messages, with the permissions to approve, reject and manage employee requests for Leave Days, Work Travels, Work Expenses, and Official Documents. They can Filter through specific types of requests for a better overview and improved management.

Team Calendar
Managers view the employees Leaves, Shifts and Sessions within their team or department in a calendar preview. Shift management and stay on track whether employees are at work or not. This helps management to be informed and act accordingly.
Payslips and Assets
Generating payslips for each month and each user could be done manually or automatically at a certain time.
Assign company hardware or software assets to individual users or at the department level. QR code helps easy track of each asset.

The team calendar is where employee see Leaves and Shift in a calendar fashion way. This helps the employee to always stay informed and agile.
Time Attendance
Work sessions and Shifts are linked. Employees can register for work using QR code, GPS or Gate Access. By checking in at work, an employee’s time is measured, as well as cases of late arrival, early departure, etc. Module offers a possibility of making a request for correction of shifts and work sessions.
