Why we use a Foreground Service (mediaPlayback)
Radio is continuous by nature; playback must remain reliable in the background.
Android requires a visible, user-controlled notification for ongoing media playback.
Our app starts the foreground service only after a user taps Play, and we stop it immediately when playback ends or the user taps Stop, which removes the notification.
