The Service Request feature allows citizens to easily inform the Town of important issues ranging from property maintenance issues, refuse and sanitation questions, to information on our road improvement program. The service provides citizens with an easy way to report a service request to Town staff for action and resolution. The app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are handled. Citizens can also link directly to the Town of East Hartford’s social media and view information from the Town’s website.
