About Q-Bell Business

Q-Bell allows safe operation of businesses that need to respect social distancing guidelines.

When a customer is outside your business and rings your virtual Q-Bell doorbell, they will appear on the app to notify you they have arrived, and would like to interact with you. Only customers at your location can ring your doorbell, and if you have set up a private doorbell, only customers that you have invited can see it.

Some example use cases would be:
- You have limited space inside your shop or business and you would like customers to wait outside or in their car until you are ready for them.
- A day nursery needs to be alerted when parents are ready to drop off / collect their child, but would prefer the parents not to touch the doorbell or congregate in the waiting area.

You can create "pre-canned" responses such as "you may come in now" or "we're coming out to you now", available with a simple button press. For more bespoke situations you can have a text chat conversation with the customer directly in the app, and these conversations are completely deleted when either of you choose end the interaction.

Note - you must setup your doorbell at www.q-bell.com in order to be able to use this app.
