Welcome to the National Empowerment Service, where we’re on a mission to help every young person across the UK discover their strength, unlock resilience, and realise their potential. Our programme is designed for ages 7-18, guiding each child through the early stages of life with meaningful lessons that grow with them, from childhood all the way into young adulthood. At every stage, we’re here as mentors, role models, and, most importantly, as a support system, training young people to become the superheroes in their own stories.

With a team of seasoned coaches, including elite Royal Marines and world-class life coaches, we blend life-changing lessons with fun, adventure, and genuine support. Through inspiring characters like Resilient Rex, Self-Regulation Sarah, Respectful Ryan, and Independent Ivy, each child is guided through essential values, such as resilience, empathy, respect, and independence, making each lesson truly come to life. In the early years, children learn alongside animated heroes, and as they progress, these mentors evolve into real-life coaches who stand by them through the ups and downs, providing skills and wisdom tailored to every age group.

A Unique Journey Tailored for Every Stage

Our programmes are structured to grow with each young person:

Ages 7-11: Building foundational skills in resilience, emotional awareness, and self-regulation through engaging activities and stories that bring each lesson to life.
Ages 11-13: Expanding on these foundations, students learn about personal responsibility, respect, and boundaries, fostering a solid sense of self and place in the world.
Ages 13-16: This stage is all about empowerment. Students begin making independent choices and exploring future paths, with support to develop adaptability, self-belief, and decision-making skills.
Ages 16-18: As young adults, they gain the practical tools and confidence needed to navigate career choices, relationships, and life beyond school, emerging with clarity and strength to face the future.

Whether accessed as a dynamic online platform for groups and classrooms or through our flexible iOS and Android apps, National Empowerment Service is available anywhere, anytime. Through interactive in-app communities, students can engage in Q&A sessions, find support, and connect with peers on their journey to personal growth. With monthly community adventure days and group events led by our exceptional team, we bring life lessons into the real world, building connections, resilience, and strength every step of the way.
