PrevWORKS™ is a purpose-built digital platform designed to support resident wellness,program performance, and institutional quality outcomes across graduate medical education (GME).

Developed with the operational realities of academic medical centers in mind, PrevWORKS™ enables residency programs to systematically capture wellness insights, monitor longitudinal trends, and translate resident feedback into measurable program improvements. The platform supports a structured approach to identifying early indicators of burnout, strengthening engagement, and aligning workforce well-being with patient-centered care outcomes.

PrevWORKS™ equips Designated Institutional Officials (DIOs), program directors, and GME leadership with access to aggregated, de-identified data that can inform strategic decision-making, accreditation readiness, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The platform is designed to complement institutional priorities, including alignment with CG-CAHPS performance metrics, resident retention, and organizational culture.
