NOVA, YOUR OPTIONAL TUTOR

Practice level-appropriate scenarios and request explanations. Before learner text or a transcript is sent to the AI Tutor or automated feedback, Cadenvia states exactly what will be sent and asks for separate consent. Depending on the authorized feature, context may also include level, a pseudonymous identifier, mastery by skill, recent or eligible activities, a preference or requested skill, session duration, and recent Tutor history. Speech synthesis sends only canonical Spanish course text, with no learner content.

Your registration name and email are not automatically included. If you choose to type or dictate personal information, it becomes part of the content you asked to process. Raw audio, subscription data, store tokens, and credentials are not sent to the AI provider.

We request `store: false` for compatible calls. By default, API data is not used to train models. Standard provider abuse-monitoring logs may contain submitted content and may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer when required by law or necessary for security.

Lessons, exercises, course audio, and review remain available without consent to process learner content.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

Export data, withdraw consent, or delete the account inside the app. Notifications are optional. This version sends no usage or crash reports: Crashlytics is not included in either binary, and Firebase Analytics is permanently deactivated with no in-app enable control. Push registration is linked to the account only after you allow notifications and turn on reminders; technical Firebase Installations, Functions, and App Check identifiers may exist independently of that permission to authenticate, protect, and operate the services.

SUBSCRIPTION

The app is free to download. Access to learning content and Premium features requires a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. There is no free trial. The final price, currency, taxes, duration, and terms are always those shown by Google Play before confirmation. Manage or cancel in Google Play. Deleting a Cadenvia account does not cancel the subscription.

Levels are educational estimates and are not an official certification. An account is required. Some features depend on internet access, platform services, and permissions selected by the user.
