"A Bill Book" app is design to solve inventory(stock) management problem of any business (wholesaler/retailer/distributor) who buy and sale products and need to maintain stock on daily basis.
The app is divided into 5 modules as follows:
1) Inventory (Stock) - in this module, all Items of the business are listed and can be added using built-in barcode scanner or defining custom 5 digit unique code. Whenever Staff member makes a Purchase Bill entry, Stock will be automatically increased in the Inventory.
2) Purchase - in this module, when a delivery is received from vendor, an inward entry should be made in the app; by making Purchase Bill. This action will increase the Stock in Inventory automatically.
3) Sale - in this module, when an Item is sold to customer, an outward entry should be made in the app; by making Sale Bill. This action will decrease the Stock in Inventory automatically. Also during an entry, you will come to know the current stock in the inventory, and app will not allow you to sell item it it is already out of stock or will go out of stock.
4) Staff Access - The app is designed to get started with zero infrastructure cost, i.e. no computer/laptop is needed. Every user of the app is identified by his/her mobile number and authenticated with OTP. To add a staff and provide access to him/her, you just need to add his/her mobile number, that's it. Now your added staff should install "A Bill Book" app in his/her mobile. Once your added staff member open "A Bill Book" app on his/her mobile, your business will be listed for him/her to work on. As a owner, you can control access of the module to your staff member. Also you can globally on/off access to all staff members. Once the access is revoked for the staff, (s)he cannot view your data, because your data is completely stored on our cloud servers and not on any staff members mobile. There is no limit on adding number of staff members!
5) Usage and Billing - this is a commercial app. We need money to develop, maintain, support and grow the app. Also we have recurring cost of cloud where we store your data privately and securely giving a warranty of not losing your valuable data. Hence in this module, we charge for cloud storage being used by your business based on the size of your data. This is a pay-as-you-go billing model, so you will be paying only for your usage. Currently we have only monthly billing option where-in you have to pay the bill at the end of the month to continue using our app/services.
* Other Features:
1) Your data privacy and security - we are storing your data on our cloud server, maintaining very-high privacy and security. We give warranty of your data, i.e. if your data is being compromised or loosed by our mistake, then your whole paid amount will be refunded to you. Since your data is stored on our cloud servers, there is no need to worry about data loss, due to loss or damage to your mobile or accidental uninstall of app from your mobile. Also, there is no need of taking backup and archiving of your data.
2) In-built barcode scanner - we are providing fastest possible way to make line item entry in Sale, Purchase bill. One of the feature we are supporting for fastest possible entry is in-built barcode scanner. We are maintaining centralized barcodes of standard products which will be available to all the users of "A Bill Book" app.
