The inspiration for Margaux was an oasis in New York, a place to feel the flintiness and the freedom of the city, a place that feels otherworldly, like Paris - but also like home.

With Jean Georges handling the food, there is a heavy French thread woven into the Margaux cloth. But the beauty of Margaux is that it is, in its DNA, New York.
