What is Paidy ?

With Paidy, you can check out using only your email address and mobile phone number (Japanese mobile phone numbers only). No credit card or pre-registration are needed. Every transaction is authenticated using PIN code over SMS, which prevents fraud.

Shop now and pay next month in one consolidated bill.

You can shop as many times as you like, at as many online stores as you like, you only have to pay once, the following month. Your monthly bill is fixed on the 1st of the following month, you will be notified via email, SMS and within the Paidy app. You can pay your monthly bill before the 10th of the month at convenience stores, via bank transfer, or register your bank account for auto debit for a truly seamless experience.

Installment Payments

Installment payments are available both at checkout and within MyPaidy. You can change your payment to installments before the end of the month.

Note: Installments can only be used for payments worth more than 15,000 JPY. Please note that installments may not available at some merchants. There is an extra screening step in case of installments. If your installment payment application is not approved, you will need to pay in one payment.
