Otuvy Frontline is a mobile app that allows the onsite and field service workforce to organize, track, and verify their work.
This version of the app will do the following:
· A manager makes a list of tasks that need to be completed in the field.
· The manager can have the app write a checklist on any topic automatically.
· That manager includes instructions for those tasks as needed.
· The manager schedules when the tasks are to be completed.
· The manager assigns out the tasks to team members.
· The employee completes the tasks and attaches pictures and notes as needed to verify the completion.
· The manager can see progress on each list.
· The manager can receive notifications when the work is done.
· The employee can receive notifications when an assignment is made to them.
· The manager can run a completion report to showcase the work that has been done.
