ONEST offers credit of different terms. The minimum term is 90 days and the maximum is 24 months. Products are only available in the Dominican Republic.
ONEST clients can opt for loans from RD$3,000.00. We do not charge interest but rather a one-time commission of up to 35% of the loan amount. The annual interest rate is 0%. The minimum period is 60 days. The credit terms and commission vary depending on the type of loan. There are no penalties for advance payments for loans. You can pay in advance whenever you want, without additional charges.
For example, a loan of RD$12,000.00 with a term of 60 days, paid in 4 fortnights, at an interest rate of 0% and a commission of 30% (it has an Effective Annual Rate of 296.09%), would be paid in 4 payments consecutive fortnightly payments of RD$3,900. The net amount to pay would be RD$15,600.00. This example serves as an indicator only. Rates and terms are subject to the profile of each individual and depend on various factors such as income, credit history, job stability, among others. Not all customers receive the lowest rates.
