AN ASSISTANT, NOT A CHATBOT
Ondine only answers from your house's file and your documents. She never invents a price, an opening hour or an availability, and she never confirms anything in your place.
WHAT SHE DOES
• She answers: at any hour, in the guest's language, on your house's website. Your opening hours, rooms, spa, table and conditions all come from your file.
• She takes note: every request for a treatment, a table, a transfer or a room enters a journal. Your team confirms or declines in one gesture. Nothing is booked without you.
• She passes on: what she does not know, she says so and sends it up to your team with the guest's message. You answer once: she remembers it for the next time.
YOU KEEP CONTROL, AT EVERY MOMENT
By default, Ondine prepares her answer and submits it to you: you send it in one click. When your house trusts her, you lift that setting and she answers on her own. You simply tell her: "Ondine, note that the pool closes on Tuesday mornings" — it is recorded, and your guests know it from the very next question.
