Three distinct user profiles allow the hotel to integrate BLE devices and the app into its overall access control plan while maintaining pre-established security levels.
By default, electronic keys are generated and sent from the reception software, and for specific cases or emergencies, the facility manager can also create and send Bluetooth opening keys from their own smartphone.
Once the employee performs an audit, it is automatically replicated to the system server, making it visible in the management software and in the app for the administrator profile.
