Crumb: Celiac Food Diary
Point your camera at any label. Instant gluten read for celiac-safe eating.
About Crumb: Celiac Food Diary
This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Crumb is a food-logging companion for people living gluten free, especially those with celiac disease.
Point your camera at any food label or barcode and get an instant gluten read — safe, verify, or avoid — with the reason behind it. The corner-guided scanner detects barcodes live, and every read is grounded in a conservative ingredient lexicon that knows the traps: shared fryers, malt vinegar, soy sauce, oats, and "gluten free" claims from gluten kitchens. Crumb also understands regional labelling rules, including the stricter Australian and New Zealand (FSANZ) gluten-free standard.
You can also log a meal by chatting or choosing a photo. Crumb estimates calories and macros so you can track your daily energy. Connect Health Connect and Crumb reads your activity and calories burned from Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, Samsung Health, Oura, or Google Fit to show intake versus burn.
Crumb never claims a food is guaranteed safe; it flags what to verify and why. Your data stays yours. You can edit or delete individual meal logs in the app.
