This app was created by National Fire Agency, Ministry of the Interior. When 119 receives the report that there is a person who is in cardiac arrest, it can dispatch ambulance
also notify "First on Scene" App users around the patient, so the help may arrive instantly. Before the ambulance arrives, arrive at the scene to provide CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and use the AED (Automated External Defibrillator). It will give the patient a higher chance of survival with good consciousness.
