About Mightier
Mightier is a family program harnessing the power of video games to help kids build emotional strength and resilience. Mightier helps those who have a tough time with tantrums, feelings of frustration, anxiety, or even a diagnosis like ADHD learn to manage their emotions.
Players wear a heart rate monitor while they play that controls the difficulty in the game. As their heart rates go up, the game gets harder to play.
Through the program, players learn skills to bring their heart rate down and earn rewards in the games. Over time, these skills translate to life outside the game.
The program includes access to all Mightier games, an online hub for parents to access a dashboard of progress, ongoing one-on-one support from licensed clinicians, and tools and resources to help parents navigate their parenting journey.

User reviews
My autistic daughter, who also has ADHD, and anxiety is finally able to calm herself. She plays for 20 minutes a day. I can now say "Be a dragon." She immediately starts breathing slow and deep! Loving it!
