Mystate is a simple tool for personal self-reflection.
​By checking in regularly – for example weekly, monthly, or quarterly – you can track trends and patterns in your well-being over time.
​The five areas you evaluate are:
​Mental Capacity: Your focus and memory.
​Agency: Your drive and self-confidence.
​Social Harmony: Your relationships and social community.
​Vitality: Your physical energy and recovery.
​Psychological Balance: Your general mood and self-acceptance.
​How the app works:
​Check in at your own pace: You choose your own intervals. Log when it suits you – weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
​Write notes: Add brief reflections to your check-ins to keep track of what influenced your results.
​See your values in a graph: Your answers are compiled in a five-sided radar chart on your dashboard showing your current average score.
​Track trends: See charts of how your different areas change over time.
​See global insights: Compare your patterns with aggregated and completely anonymized statistics from other users.
​Privacy and security
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. All information is encrypted and stored within the EU via Supabase (GDPR-compliant). You own your data and can permanently delete your account and history from within the app at any time.
