HOW IT WORKS
1. Track Your Work
MyntTip uses GPS geofencing to automatically detect when your shifts begin and end. No manual check-ins, timecards, or extra steps required.
2. Earn Wins
Work milestones are automatically detected based on your activity. Wins can include streaks, tenure milestones, overnight shifts, holiday work, and more.
3. Share Your Progress
When a Win is achieved, members of your Support Circle can receive updates celebrating your accomplishment.
4. Receive Mynts
Friends and family can recognize your hard work by sending Mynts directly to your account.
5. Transfer Your Balance
Transfer your available Mynts to your connected bank account using standard or instant transfer options.
