It is not a question whether Customer Portals save companies money, because of the additional time that your employees that answer the phone have available for other tasks. It is not a question that Customer Portals gain companies more customers because of their convenience. It is not a question that your customers pay their bills quicker when they can go into their Customer Portal and pay at their convenience.
