• Interest to pay: 20,000 x 0.05% x 180 = $1,800 MXN
• Commission=20,000 x 12%=$2,400
• VAT=2,400 x 16%=$384
• Total amount payable: 20,000 + 1,800 + 2,400 + 384 = $24,584
• Amount to pay monthly: $24,584 / 6 = $4097.30
• Corresponding CAT value: 412.6%
