devo is a daily Christian quiet time you keep with your closest friends, a place to write your Bible reflection and read theirs.

Read today's Bible verse. Write what you noticed. Then, and only then, your friends' reflections unlock. No silent reading: they can't see yours until they've written their own either. The gate works the same for everyone.

No likes. No follower counts. No algorithm. No public feed. Just the people you've chosen, and what today's verse stirred in them.

How it works
• Write your reflection on today's verse. Attach a photo of your notebook if you want.
• Choose who sees it: all your friends, a specific group, or just yourself.
• Your friends' reflections show up after yours does.
• Your tree grows on the days you show up. One missed day is fine. Two in a row and it withers, and that season is remembered in your past trees, not erased.
• React with a small set of meaningful responses, comment, and mention friends to bring them into a reflection.
• Look back through your archive any time.

Groups, when you want them
Friends are the core. Groups are optional: a Bible study group, a prayer thread, accountability partners. Share a join code and they're in.

Anyone building a daily devotional or quiet-time habit. Anyone who has tried posting a verse to a story full of strangers, or journaling alone until one busy week quietly ends the habit. devo sits in between: reflection with the people who actually know you, and a reason to come back tomorrow.

Privacy
We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't track you across the internet. Your reflections are visible only to the audience you choose. If you use contacts to find friends, we never store your contact list, only your matches.
