Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 28%.

Example Calculation:
For a loan of ₦20,000 over a period of 91 days (3 months) with an APR of 20%:

Interest: (₦20,000 * 20% / 365 * 91) = ₦997.
Principal to be repaid: ₦20,000.
Total repayment amount: ₦20,997.
Monthly repayment: ₦20,997 / 3 = ₦6,999.
