A comprehensive mobile solution to perform your duties easier with a variety of functions at your fingertips. Softlogic Care App has three applications under one roof: ServiceMate App, Collection App, Scan Now App, Taskify App, Stockify App, and Fixed Asset App.

ServiceMate App
Once a product is sold to a customer, Softlogic agrees that it will correct or repair any deliverables or Services that do not conform to the specifications or acceptance criteria at no charge within the warranty period as the supplier.

When these sold items require a repair, customers will visit showrooms or service centers to place a job inquiry requesting for service. Once a job request is received, it will be entered to the SES and assign to a technician to continue the process. These service-related jobs will be assigned to the technician team and they will visit customers to provide required services. This ServiceMate app will facilitate technicians in identifying jobs which are assign to them, updating job statuses, keeping track of their jobs and in requesting required parts to increase the efficiency in service process.

Collection App
The Customers can buy products from Softlogic showrooms and make payments in instalments. This is known as the higher purchase method. Then the showrooms will assign cash collectors to collect these instalments from their customers. Hence, the collection app is designed to enter the collection details and track the payment information via mobile phone easily and accurately.

Scan Now App
Scan Now app allows to scan the bar code / QR code tag on the item and display the product details like available stocks, product availability on other locations, brand names and prices. Manual item code entering option is also available if the bar codes or QR code is not working properly. This mobile application is developed targeting companies in Softlogic Group such as Glomark, Cotton Collection, Brands, ODEL and Softlogic Retails to fulfill the following requirements,
