MITSUBISHI CONNECT is a connected service provided by Mitsubishi Motors that links people with their vehicles. It enhances convenience and peace of mind across various situations, offering advanced features and services.
・Equipped with an in-vehicle communication device that supports 4G connectivity and GPS functionality.
・Two call center contact buttons are installed in the vehicle: The first, the SOS Call button (with automatic notification functionality when airbags are deployed) is used for emergency reporting. The second button is for inquiries and support, used when assistance or questions about the connected service are needed.
・The Mitsubishi Motors mobile app is available for download on smartphones. You can also use our app on your Wear OS smartwatch!
・This service is delivered via wireless and GPS satellite network. Note that MITSUBISHI CONNECT services may be affected by communication conditions, and usage may not be possible in remote areas or enclosed spaces. Certain service features, such as GPS-related functions like the Car Finder, may also be impacted depending on the area of operation.
・The MITSUBISHI CONNECT basic package operates 24/7, providing support in the event of an accident. Remote vehicle control features are also available, allowing users to control functions like air conditioning and charging through smartphones or smart speakers.
