It also provides anxiety relief games that can help you become more mindful.

Stress is generally of 2 types - physiological and emotional. Both affect your body vitals such as heart rate & HRV. If you are doing a physical activity and your heart rate goes beyond a threshold limit, it is termed as physiological stress. On the other hand, if you are just working on your computer in a very relaxed position & your heart rate goes beyond a threshold limit, it can be termed as an emotional stress. Our backend learning models will improve its algorithms based on your past data inputs in our app. Elevated heart rate levels at a relaxed position can also be helpful in predicting an incoming hypertension or a panic attack.

For real time stress alerts, MindGinie is currently compatible with wear OS watches - Samsung & Fitbit.
