MIIA has been created with the vision to completely transform pet well-being. This innovative solution is based on two fundamental business ideas. First of all, it seeks to provide the best health coverage for comprehensive pet care. Secondly, MIIA allows users to access social connectivity and innovative technology in Colombia through a microchip integrated into the dog's collar. This microchip can be read by any device with NFC technology, allowing the animal to be identified and both the pet's information and the owner's contact details collected in case of loss.
Our product is based on three key platforms: a landing page for users to learn about MIIA services and plans, a quote that helps users select the best plan, and a payment gateway to complete the purchase process. In addition, we have a backoffice that allows MIIA administration to manage users.
Finally, for end users, we offer a complete mobile application. With this app, users can configure their pet's latest generation chip, activate the loss status that will be automatically updated on the chip landing page, view the history of chip readings, receive notifications and reminders about vaccination and deworming, and access to your centralized pet data. These features offer a complete, integrated experience for pet owners, all in one place.
