Merago gives you access to medical care on demand. Our services are designed to give you access to certified doctors and the support you need to receive quality care whether virtual or in-person at a clinic.

Merago services include virtual primary care, in-person care, virtual walk-in clinics, mental health services, advanced skin care, second opinion expert consultations and access to a number of specialties on an on-demand basis. Our medical services consist of end to end services including access to diagnostic labs, prescription services and pharmacies.

Merago makes it possible for you to have a 3600 view of your health. This includes:

Care on demand services that give you access to primary care and expert opinions when you need them
Scheduled consultations with specific doctors
HealthVault© : a secure online repository of your medical records under your control – available to you anytime and anywhere you need them
HealthTrack© : a convenient service to measure and view your health metrics, and immunization records
Access to your caregivers during a consultation
Medication tracking
Access to preferred pharmacies
All of the above during both a virtual consultation or an in-person consultation.


THE MERAGO APPROACH

Request an on-demand consultation: Login the Merago app and select either primary care or a specialty care center you need. Pay the required fee or any co-pay if you have a supported insurance.

Consult with a doctor: As soon as a doctor is available, you will be contacted for a virtual consultation. After a virtual consultation is completed, if there is a need for a virtual or in-person follow up, then that can be scheduled as well. Alternatively, you can select a specific doctor and schedule a consultation.

Using our skin care services: Skin issues can be addressed on Merago either with a consultation with one of the board-certified dermatologists on our network or with a Store and Forward case review. Using the Merago app, select the best description of the condition from acne to rashes, take pictures that show the condition – in the privacy of your home and upload them for review. Once reviewed you will receive a diagnosis with treatment and / or prescriptions in your Merago app within 24 hours. Convenient, and confidential, this allows you to safely discuss any skin issues with a dermatologist from the privacy of your home.

MERAGO IS SECURE AND PRIVATE

We at Merago go to great lengths to protect the privacy of your data and the confidentiality of your medical information. All your personal information is under your control and is accessed only by medical professionals that you share the records with. In addition, you can decide for how long they will have access to your records.

With the ability to connect with a doctor any time, schedule a consultation, maintain your health records, your daily health parameters, immunization records, receive skin care from the privacy of your home, and network family and friends that participate in your wellbeing, Merago creates a personalized digital clinic for you.
