Despite the fact that Post-Acute Covid Syndrome is not fully understood, studies found a high prevalence of dysautonomia symptoms in patients suffering from Long Covid with reduced heart rate variability. Meo Health created a 12-week Autonomic Rehabilitation Program to strengthen the nervous system, maximize heart rate variability and manage symptoms. The program was designed in collaboration with renowned Long Covid researchers and autonomic rehab experts, including Dr. David Putrino, Jenna Tosto PhD, and Dr. Jamie Wood, PhD from Mount Sinai Health System.
