Employees of “all generations” can be reached quickly, online & mobile, and transparently kept at a common state of knowledge. In addition to the internal Wikipedia, we have implemented all relevant functions of WhatsApp & Facebook – encrypted – in our system, with the crucial advantage that all data are stored on German servers (ISO 27001 / EU-GDPR) and your generated employee data are not marketed!
The employee app is equally well suited for customers, partners, suppliers etc. An authorisation system lets you easily determine who is permitted to see what and when, and who can communicate directly with whom, online and mobile.
The employee app/mobile Intranet tool encompasses the following modules:

Calendar - automatically synchronise calendar entries (including recurring ones) with the Exchange calendar.,

Registration:
After download of the valido employee-App please enter the customer key of your company. Login takes place with user name and password.

You can choose between subscriptions that offer 10, 20, 30, or 40 possible user registrations for your organization. When you purchase one of the subscriptions this purchase will be applied to your iTunes account. The subscriptions will automatically renew after 1 or 6 months depending on your chosen product unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel a subscription 24 hours before the end of the current period with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the you purchas a subscription to that publication.
