About ThaiSpeak: Learn Thai, English

ThaiSpeak teaches Thai to Myanmar speakers. Every explanation is written in
Burmese, so you learn a new language in the language you already think in.

A course, not a pile of lessons

The Thai course runs day by day. Beginner is 64 days, starting at the alphabet — the 44 consonants, the vowels, the five tones — and ending with sentences you can say in a shop, a clinic, or an immigration queue. Intermediate adds 25 days and Advanced another 30.

There is a full English course too, on the same day-by-day plan, for when Thai is not the only language you need.

What's inside

• Lessons — every Thai sentence carries its Burmese meaning, its pronunciation, and a word-by-word breakdown you can tap to hear.
• AI tutor — ask a question in Burmese and get an answer in Burmese, with Thai examples in Thai script.
• Dictionary — look up a word and see how it is really used, not just a gloss.
• Translator — Burmese or English into Thai, tuned for the words learners actually reach for.
• Writing practice — trace Thai letters in the order a Thai school teaches them.
• Listening — natural Thai speech on every sentence, recorded ahead of time so it plays instantly. You can download the whole course's audio to your phone.
• Shadow speaking — listen to a passage, then say it back.
• Quizzes after each group of cards, so you find out what stuck.

Situations, not just grammar

Renting a room. A police ID check. Immigration. A job interview. The doctor. The 7-Eleven. Buses, trains and taxis. Prices and bargaining. Each one is taught as a short module with the sentences you will actually be asked.

Every lesson and every level is open from the first launch. There is nothing to buy and nothing locked.

The AI features — tutor chat, translation, pronunciation audio, photo and voice input — run on a free weekly allowance that refills on its own. The app shows you what is left. The lessons themselves are never metered.

What you need

Sign in with a Google or Apple account. The app needs an internet connection; downloaded audio will keep playing without one.
