Thanks for your prompt response. It is working now. I have been using this app for 3 years and suddenly promoted me to reinstall and now totally cannot access at all and prompt me to reinstall.

install n unistall n install...still doesnt work...keep showing error...n before this...onli able to log in online on computer...but on this app...keep showing ....unable to recognise user id....geezz....

Malfunction suddenly. Ask me to reinstall. After reinstall stuck at main screen alerting " there is problem with the application. Pls reinstall the application" Ok application recovered now

I used this app for quite awhile with no issue... But today it told me to uninstall it and reinstall as there was an issue I did and it repeated the message
