Vowd does not process wagers or gambling payments. Stakes are personal accountability consequences agreed upon by challenge participants.

REDUCE DISTRACTIONS WITH APP LOCK

Choose App Lock as your consequence and select an installed app. If you lose the challenge, that app remains blocked for the duration you agreed to.

Use it to reduce distractions from social media, short videos, games, or any app that gets in the way of your goal.

KEEP YOUR FIRE ALIVE

Check in once per day to feed your challenge fire. Your flame grows as you remain consistent and becomes smaller when you miss a day.

Complete your challenge to earn a victory badge and build your win record.

ACCOUNTABILITY WITH OTHER PEOPLE

• Use Vow Chat to communicate with challenge participants.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE

Vowd uses the Android AccessibilityService API exclusively for its optional App Lock feature.

When App Lock is active, the Accessibility Service detects which app is currently in the foreground. If the detected app is locked, Vowd displays its lock screen and prevents access until the selected duration expires.

Vowd does not use this service to collect, store, read, or transmit screen content, keystrokes, personal information, or activity inside other apps.

App Lock is optional. Vowd can be used without enabling the Accessibility Service, and permission can be revoked at any time through Android device settings.
