About Biological Clock: track sleep and sync day.

Your body consists of numerous biological clocks, which activate hormones production in respond to external and internal signals.

Daylight exposure, food intake, intellectual activities, physical exercise and sleep at the right time will boost your mental and physical capabilities and achievements.

BioClock app will advise you through the day to achieve maximum sync with your internal clocks and will recommend sleep time based on:

- your alerting signal start time,
- time, duration and quality of your previous sleeps,
- your sleep preferences.

The 2017 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded for discoveries of molecular mechanisms controlling the circadian rhythm and numerous studies have proven clear circadian behaviour of our internal machinery.

Everyday, in a cyclic manner our internal bio machine start and stop cascade of very complex metabolic processes. If a person has erratic lifestyle, the bio machine has to re-adjust constantly that will lead sooner or later to many problems, starting with obesity, poor sleep quality, compromised muscles, depression and will further progress to serious chronic illnesses.

Our 24 hours are split by Nature into 3 main phases:

1. Nutrient phase - wake up, breakfast, corticosteroids rise, high alertness, good time for learning, high productivity, lunch, midday slow down, fast reaction.

2. Physical phase - muscles at their highest level, blood pressure and body temperature highest, high creativity, time for play and entertainment.

3. Recreation and fasting phase - melatonin production, relax time, sleep and recreation time, body temperature decrease.

Very informative. Please add an option to assume longest display turn off time as sleep, should be simple and no drawbacks. This will add full auto tracking of sleep time, very helpful.
