About evention - Competition Manager

evention turns you into the manager of a variety of competitive modes:
● League:
- each team competes once against each other
- top ranked team in standings wins the event
● K.O.System:
- brackets are assigned at random
- winner proceeds to next bracket
- looser gets eliminated
- last team remaining wins the event
● Tournament:
- combination of group phase and final games
- the ranking of the group phase sets the finalists
- in the finals the first ranked team competes against the lowest rank etc.

Add and remove players to a pool of competitors. This list can be reused for further events.
Only the players with a ticked checkbox will participate in the current event.

Decide how the competing teams will be set together:
● Single Players: players are competing one-on-one
● Set Teams: players are assigned to teams manually
● Random Teams: players assigned at random given the maximum team size

The event view yields:
● standings: yields current team rankings based on game results
● games: manage schedule and scores of games
● finals: in tournaments the best teams of the group phase proceed to compete in these elimination rounds
