The Sabbath School is the primary religious educational system of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and has four purposes: Bible study, fellowship, evangelistic action and intensifying global mission.
The specific mission of the Sabbath School Department is distributing Bible studies of Sabbath School for all ages, to provide plans for the special programs of Sabbath School taking into account the cultural context and resources and a training system for the Sabbath School instructors and to encourage generosity to mission of the Sabbath School.
In terms of personal work, the Department of Sabbath School provides resources and trains church members to join efforts with pastors and ministers to final proclamation of the Gospel of Salvation through Jesus Christ. The aim of this department is to enlist every member in active service of winning souls for God!
