With BearingFilm – Pressure & Viscosity you can prevent metal-to-metal contact and surface wear directly at the machine, completely independent of external network signals. Ensure optimal bearing lubrication and extend service life through three specialized modules:Film Thickness & EHD: Enter bearing dimensions, speed ($RPM$) and working viscosity to calculate the theoretical micron film thickness ($\mu m$) and lambda lubrication ratio.Hertzian Contact Stress: Analyze the mechanical point and line pressure. Enter the geometry and radial load of the bearing elements to calculate the maximum contact stress in gigapascals ($GPa$).Viscosity Index & Temp: Predict viscosity loss at high temperatures. Calculate the true kinematic viscosity at operating temperature based on the oil's viscosity index.
