About 鉄筋電卓 − 重量・定尺・配筋・生コン
The Rebar Calculator is a calculator app for on-site use by rebar workers, formworkers, and site supervisors. It can perform a wide range of calculations commonly used on site, from total weight based on nominal size and length, to the number of rebars needed based on span and pitch, to the loss rate for standard-length cuts, and even the volume of ready-mix concrete and the number of mixer trucks required. Details can be saved for each site (construction project) and shared as PDF reports for rebar fabrication logs and quantity take-off sheets.
【Calculation Capabilities】
* Rebar Weight: Calculate total weight from nominal size (D10-D51), length, and number of bars (based on JIS standard nominal unit mass)
* Standard Length Cutting and Loss Rate: Calculate required standard length bars, scraps, and loss rate from member length and required number of bars
* Number of Bars from Rebar Pitch: Calculate number of bars and actual pitch from span, pitch, and end spacing
* Ready-Mix Concrete Volume: Calculate volume and number of mixer trucks by considering the loss rate in addition to the dimensions and quantity of the part
* Joint and Anchorage Length: Required length from nominal size and multiple (editable quick reference. Use according to drawings and special specifications)
* Unit Conversion: Tsubo, square meters, tatami mats, shaku, kilograms, tons
【Processing Log/Quantity Take-Off Sheet】
Details can be accumulated for each site (construction) and converted into a ready-to-use A4 PDF form. * Details: Automatically calculates weight from component name, nominal size (diameter), shape, length, and quantity.
* Two report formats: "Rebar Processing Log" and "Quantity Take-off Sheet." Includes project name, creation date, and creator, with diameter-specific summaries and total weight.
* PDFs can be shared on the spot for use as a record of processing orders to rebar suppliers and quantity reports to general contractors.
[For those who:]
Rebar workers, foremen, formwork carpenters, earthworkers, site supervisors, independent contractors, and anyone handling quantities of rebar and concrete on construction and civil engineering sites.
[Offline & Privacy]
All input values and processing log data are saved on the device and not sent to the server. No login required, no ads, and can be used offline even on sites without a signal.
[Pricing]
The calculator, processing log, and PDF preview are free to use (free PDFs have a "SAMPLE" watermark, and only one site can be saved). The Pro version (one-time purchase, no subscription) removes watermarks from PDFs and allows unlimited saving of site (construction) and calculation history.
* Calculation results are for reference only. Please always confirm the final order and construction details with drawings, specifications, and special requirements.
