The Tafsir Khatma application helps you read and contemplate the Holy Qur’an through a set of interpretations, and provides you with two types of daily notes: the recitation response and the interpretation response, so that you can complete the Qur’an with full contemplation and a deep understanding of the verses.
Ward al-Tilaawa is a daily recitation of the Holy Qur’an with the aim of achieving completion in a specific period of time.
The interpretation response includes reading and interpreting the verses for a deeper understanding of their meanings.
You can also listen to the noble verses in the voice of a large group of reciters and read the Holy Qur’an in the format of the Medina Qur’an. In addition, the application alerts you daily to remind you of the dhikr at the time you specify, and allows you to browse the interpretation of any verse from the Holy Qur’an at any time, and also provides you with a large collection of dhikr contained with its virtues.
Available interpretations:
1. Meanings of words: includes the meanings of unclear words.
2. Word parsing: Provides the parsing of verses.
3. The easy interpretation: A brief interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, written by Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al-Kindi, may God have mercy on him. The author completed his classification on Wednesday, the 2nd of Dhul-Hijjah, 1181 AH.
4. Tafsir al-Jalalayn: A brief interpretation of the Qur’an, written by Jalal al-Din al-Muhalla, and completed by Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti.
5. Tafsir al-Saadi: Also known as “Taysir al-Karim al-Rahman fi Tafsir Kalam al-Mannan,” it is a simplified interpretation of the Holy Qur’an written by Sheikh Abdul Rahman al-Saadi, focusing on clarity of meanings and explaining the verses in an easy and accessible manner.
6. Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Known as the “Tafsir of the Great Qur’an,” it is one of the most famous interpretations of the Holy Qur’an, and it was written by Imam Ismail bin Omar bin Kathir al-Dimashqi. In his interpretation, Ibn Kathir relies on the interpretation of the Qur’an by the Qur’an, the interpretation of the Qur’an by the Sunnah, and then the sayings of the Companions and Followers. His interpretation is characterized by comprehensiveness and accuracy, and he cites prophetic hadiths and reliable narrations to clarify the meanings. Tafsir al-Wasit also features an explanation of the reasons for revelation and attention to the jurisprudential and ethical issues addressed in the verses, making it a suitable interpretation for those looking for a comprehensive and balanced understanding of the Holy Qur’an.
8. Tafsir al-Baghawi: Known as “Ma’alim al-Tanzeel,” it is an interpretation of the Holy Qur’an written by Imam Hussein bin Masoud al-Baghawi. Al-Baghawi’s interpretation is distinguished by its combination of interpretation based on narrations and interpretation based on opinion, with a focus on authentic narrations transmitted from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, the Companions, and the followers. Al-Baghawi seeks to provide a clear and easy explanation, paying attention to mentioning the reasons for the revelation and the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the verses. Al-Baghawi’s interpretation is considered an important reference for those looking for a traditional interpretation that combines accuracy and comprehensiveness, and relies on reliable sources in interpreting the Qur’anic text.
9. Tafsir al-Qurtubi: Known as “The Collection of the Ahkam al-Qur’an,” it is a comprehensive interpretation written by Imam Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Qurtubi. This interpretation focuses on the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the verses, in addition to interpreting their meanings. It is considered an important reference for jurists and commentators due to its depth and comprehensiveness.
10. Tafsir al-Tabari: Known as “Jami’ al-Bayan on the Interpretation of the Verses of the Qur’an,” it is an interpretation of the Holy Qur’an written by Imam Muhammad bin Jarir al-Tabari. It is distinguished by its reliance on the narrations, hadiths of the Prophet, and the sayings of the companions and followers, and is considered one of the oldest and most comprehensive interpretations.
11. Interpretation of Liberation and Enlightenment: Written by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Tahir bin Ashour. It is characterized by combining linguistic and rhetorical analysis of verses, and providing new and contemporary insights. It is considered a modern interpretation that combines originality and innovation.
