Visaka FCB OCC is the Operations Command Centre for the Fibre Cement Board
division — a secure, real-time dashboard that brings plant performance, division
KPIs and decision intelligence together in a single command view.

Designed for HODs, plant heads and operations leaders, the app tracks the
metrics that run the division: monthly board production, machine efficiency,
breakdown hours, net loss, raw-material and power cost, and stores inventory —
each measured against target with clear red / amber / green status. When
something moves, you see it immediately
