JoyRide is an app that offers users on-demand motorcycle services such as MC Taxi, Delivery, and Pabili (Purchase Service).

MOTORCYCLE TAXI
Be where you need to be with JoyRide. Our qualified and well-trained Kasundo Bikers will bring you safely and swiftly to your destination by motorcycle.

DELIVERY
Have your food, documents, or clothing picked up and delivered immediately with JoyRide Delivery. Let our Kasundo Bikers deliver your items quickly and safely to your recipient.

PABILI
Can't go out and buy the things that you need? No worries with JoyRide Pabili! Have our Kasundo Bikers buy your favorite drinks from a milk-tea shop, purchase take-out from a restaurant, or even line up in a drugstore to buy your medicines.

How to book an order in the app?

First, select a service you wish to book. Choose between MC Taxi, Delivery, or Pabili.

Next, set a pick-up and drop-off location for your selected service.

Lastly, include pertinent notes to the biker in order to guide him during the trip.

Confirm your booking and you are all set! A Kasundo Biker will be of service to you.

Be able to track your biker so you'll always be in-the-know while on-the-go.

For JoyRide Delivery
- In Item Description, enter your item details
- In Notes, include handling instructions, additional location details, receiver contact details

For JoyRide Pabili
- In Item Order List, list down your orders that you want the biker to buy. Include cost of items for biker's reference.
- In Notes, include handling instructions, additional location details, store's contact details

We handle packages with a maximum dimension of 17 x 15 x 10 inches and maximum weight of 12 kg. All items are insured up to Php 2,000.00.

For added safety, our bikers will inspect the items. We do not allow the delivery of the following: oversized items, cash, high-value items, perishable goods, prohibited drugs, flammable or explosive items, live animals, suspicious looking goods, or illegal items.
