About Jenesse4Hope

Jenesse4Hope is the application developed by Jenesse Center, Inc., designed to help individuals who seek information about domestic violence and human trafficking, as well as assist current clients participating in the various Jenesse programs.

The app serves two types of users:
1. The general public, specifically those seeking information about Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking. Users can browse articles and listen to podcast, or watch videos to learn more about the various types of abuse, what to do to remove oneself from a violent environment and so much more. Content is updated on regularly.

Users can also chat with care-givers who are standing by 24-hours a day, seven days a week. They will listen, consult, provide referral services, or conduct intake assessments for those looking for immediate emergency shelter.
In the event of a life-threatening situation, the app can reach law enforcement by dialing 911 to contact authorities.

2. Current clients of the Jenesse Center receive assistance once logged-in with case management, document management and appointment scheduling, all within the app.

Clients also receive notifications when they are scheduled to check-in to ensure their safety.

And, as part of the healing process, Jenesse4Hope features a private space for Journaling and self-expression. This function enables clients to write, use their camera, or make videos, to reflect, document progress and/or set goals.
Jenesse4Hope is a comprehensive and engaging platform, with an emergency exit button, should a user be at risk of being seen on the app.
