My name is Jhonnathan, better known as JAP.

I have been training calisthenics daily for 15 years several hours a day.

Learn calisthenics with the JAPP Method

- Mobility: Improve your joint ranges, develop muscle elasticity, prevent injuries and improve body awareness.

Our coach will schedule training sessions adapted to your level on a weekly basis.
· 12 new workouts every week adapted to your level.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

- Without Material: You do not have material or a Calisthenics park nearby, don't worry, try our "Without Material" workouts

- Mobility: Improve your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury with specific exercises for flexibility and joint mobility.

- Workouts by muscle group: Define and strengthen different muscle groups with specific workouts for chest, back, shoulders, legs, core and more.

- Master advanced techniques such as handstand, plank, front lever and back lever with progressive routines and detailed tutorials.

- Challenges, Resistance and Freestyle: Test your skills and exceed your limits with calisthenics challenges that will motivate you to progress.

- JAPP Level: Measure your level and evolution, improve yourself and track your progress.

STATISTICS
Detailed records: Every time you complete a workout, the app records the information associated with your workout. This creates a complete history of your activity.


- JAPP Level: The JAPP Level is a routine that will allow us to evaluate your level and track your progression. Do it whenever you feel you have improved.


- Progress visualization: You can see your progress in easy-to-understand graphs and charts, allowing you to identify trends and areas for improvement.
