Medalist is not just a golf Tournament & Match Play Calculator. It is a feature-rich golf scoring experience with integrated real-time scoring, leaderboards, advanced Tournament features, scoring alerts and much more. By using smart devices to input hole-by-hole scoring data, players are able to track all their progress, historical data and competitions, in one easy-to-access place. This is a real market solution for golfers, golf clubs and courses using technology to simplify and enhance the golfing experience for players of all skill levels.

Medalist users and Tournament Hosts can choose from 50 combinations of in-round games and types. Medalist handles the scoring complexities of each Match Type and defines them all for you, including any scoring and handicap oddities each may have. Medalist also is proud to introduce: Hollywood Mode. It’s a great way to play teams within a foursome and Medalist handicaps and scores it all for you. Just play!

To have the basic Medalist experience:

Users register with an email address and the zip code of their preferred home golf course. Select a screen name, provide your Index and you're in!

To create a Match, simply press the Play Golf button. Setup match details by choosing your format, pick your golf course, add match players and boom! Start scoring your round of golf.

When the Round concludes, hit the End Match button and the results are immediately reflected on the User's profile and on the System Leaderboard. Wanna see how you stack up? Medalist has filtering options to make the data more accessible and fun.

Users can also setup Tournaments and apply dozens of game modes and match types, including Match Play, Stroke Play, 2&4 Person match types, Hollywood Mode to name just a few! Medalist supports single and multi-round Tournaments with Ryder Cup, Skins Game and Parimutuel options. If it’s missing, let us know. Just play!

The History tab offers access to historical round data, stats and old scorecards for your story telling sessions. The Profile tab shows player averages and records over the last 10, within season and All Time. We're tracking your Medalist Points, too! Pro Tip: Look up the definition in the App!
