Do you follow the NBA? Know your court rules? Shot Clock turns that knowledge into a quick, pressure-filled quiz you can play anytime. Whether you are a longtime fan or just getting into the sport, this app gives you a fun way to check how much you really know about basketball.

HOW SHOT CLOCK WORKS

Tap Play on the start screen and jump straight into the action. Each round in Shot Clock gives you 10 basketball questions drawn from a varied question bank. Every question has four possible answers — pick the one you think is right before the clock hits zero.

You get 15 seconds per question. Answer correctly and you earn 10 points added to your running total. Answer wrong or let the timer run out and you lose one of your three lives. Lose all three lives and the round ends with a Game Over screen. Answer every question with at least one life still on the board and you win the round.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ASKED

Questions in Shot Clock cover real basketball topics: NBA rules, quarter length, famous records, positions on the court, how scoring works, and the history of the sport. You might be asked about rim height, the value of a three-pointer, how many players are on the court, what traveling means, how many fouls lead to disqualification, or who invented basketball in 1891. Questions are shuffled differently each time you play, so no two rounds feel exactly the same.

CLEAR FEEDBACK AS YOU PLAY

After you choose an answer, Shot Clock shows you whether you were right or wrong before moving on. The correct option is highlighted in green, and a wrong pick is clearly marked so you can see what you missed. Your current score, which question you are on, how many lives you have left, and the seconds remaining are always visible on the screen. Three heart icons show your lives at a glance.

TRACK YOUR RESULTS

When a round ends, Shot Clock shows a full results screen built around your performance. If you finished all ten questions with lives to spare, you will see a You Win message. If your lives ran out first, you see Game Over instead. Either way, the screen shows your final score, total time played, how many answers you got right out of ten, and your personal best score from previous games. A recent scores list displays your last five completed rounds with the date and time, so you can track your progress over days and weeks.

PLAY AGAIN INSTANTLY

Finished a round and want another try? Hit Play Again and start a fresh session right away. Your score resets, your three lives come back, and a new set of ten questions is ready. No waiting, no extra menus — just another shot at beating your best score.
